The thumbnail filter settings are currently not remembered when okular is closed and reopened again:
1. open a document in okular
2. go to "Thumbnails" tab.
3. type multiple word phrase into filter
4. choose "Match Phrase" in button next to input box
5. close document.

6. reopen okular with a document and see that "Match Phrase" is no longer chosen.
