I'm using Acrobat Reader to show PDF - files. Everything works fine.
There ist just a wrong display for the page and zoom - fields, because the space is just tooooo small. A number with two or more digits or the sign for percent are displayed incorrect.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install the Adobe Reader from the any source, i. e. through package manager or directly from Adobe.
2. Check it out!

How can I "repair" this mistake?!

Thanks in advance for all your help & have a nice weekeend!

Expected Results:
Enough space to see all the digits and the percent sign.

Hoping I posted this in the right place to report that bug...

I have Kubuntu 11.10 and KDE 4.8.1.

It doesn't matter, if you install Adobe from the packages (acroread or adobereader-deu) or from the extra repositories, i. e. directly from the FTP of Adobe (ftp://ftp.adobe.com/pub/adobe/reader/unix/).

We have another computer, where we also use Kubuntu 11.10 and KDE 4.8.0 and where we have Adobe Reader installed. But the display there is perfect!!!

Thanks in advance for all your help & have a nice weekeend!
