Most of the time, the weekview does not allow the title of tasks and events to be show entirely, due to narrow day columns.

It would be great to have an option to make the text in task/event scroll back and forth so we can read the whole text.
The scrolling could be :
- always activated for the current day tasks and events, or
- only activated if the mouse is hovering the task/event

Finally, options could modify the default behavior :
 - a speed option could control how quick you'd want the text to scroll
 - you could choose "back and forth", or "from left to right" scrolling mode (or from right to left according to the BIDI system configuration)

Reproducible: Always
