R’s help.start() does not feed any content to the Web browser when run under Cantor.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. Open a new R worksheet.
  2. Execute command help.start()

Actual Results:  
  1. starting httpd help server ... done; Firefox visits the help URL and waits for content which never arrives.

Expected Results:  
  1. The R Language documentation home page.

The documentation appears all right when you start R in a console.
