Description Gregor Petrin 2012-03-20 08:53:56 UTC
An IMAP resource regularly gets stuck in a 'connection established' state. If I select that resource and click 'modify' and then 'ok' a couple of times it eventually gets unstuck. The main problem for me is when I don't notice that it is stuck for a long time.

The resource is in Disconnected mode and with Server Side Subscription disabled. This happens on my company's mail server - we are using Media Temple's Grid-Service. A bunch of other clients me and my colleagues are using (Android K9, iPhone, Opera mail, Thunderbird, mac default mail app) have no problems connecting to the same server.

I realise I didn't provide much information to help with debugging - please, tell me what I can provide and I will.

I can confirm this. This still happens here on KDE 4.10.0.

The IMAP resource has a new maintainer, reassigning to him.

Does this still apply to >=4.11.3?
A bunch of deadlock situations have been fixed an I assume this one too.
