ktp-log-viewer has a dropdown in the top-left corner to restrict the list below to either Contacts, Rooms or both.

This dropdown has no effect at all here and always shows all items.

I only have (3) XMPP accounts, nothing else.

Thanks for reporting the issue. The dropdown menu has been removed some time ago.
