My wife has two panels configured: one at the top and one at the bottom of the screen.  When she logs in, the top panel draws in the middle of the screen rather than at the top.  Every time she logs in, it moves lower and lower.  She can move it back manually, but every time it moves again.  I tried deleting and recreating the panel, but the new panel has the same behavior.  We are using KDE 4.7.4.
