1.System setting
2.default application
3.File Manager

I cannot reproduce, Dolphin is only listed once here. Does the same also happen if you try this with a freshly created user account?

In new account, this error does not occur.

Thanks for the update. Being able to assign the same application twice for a specific MIME type is indeed a minor bug.

As the images are now gone I'm not sure where this bug is at. 

@Vadim the images are sadly no longer available and I'm not sure without them how to determine if this bug still exists.

Can you please test and confirm if this issue is still occurring or if this bug report can be marked as resolved. I'm setting status to "needsinfo" pending your response, please change back to "reported" when you respond, thanks.
