ksysguard screenshot showing an unreal cpu usage

It seem like the old #184519 bug but more critical:

The problem is that ksysguard is showing a cpu usage that is obviously not real....
I have a system with AMD phenomII 980 quadcore.

I attach a screenshot showing ksysguard and top of the same system in the same time.

The ksysguard package is from openSUSE:
kdebase4-workspace-ksysguardd-4.8.0-723.3.x86_64

And the problem is also that with this KDE realase (4.8.0 SC) akonady, nepomuk and plasma uses toooooooooo many cpu resources and I have to detect why...
