manpage for dragonplayer

I made a manpage for dragonplayer combining --help command line option and About Dragon player from menu. Please add it.

Review board does not have dragonplayer or kdemultimedia setup as repository :( How do I proceed now?

Actually that needs to go to the documentation team, not the multimedia one. Also I do seem to recall that we are maintaining manpages in the source as docbook and only translate them to final format at build time. Though I might be wrong.
