The actual error rises when kget starts up.

"The procedure entry point ??1Error@GpgME@@QAE@XZ could not be located in the dynamic link library gpgme++.dll"

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
run kget.exe


Expected Results:  
start up kget.exe

it happen every time on Windows 7 Enterprise

also kde-workspace is missing as a dependency.

ok, additionally you need to have installed kde-workspace and kde-baseapps, I'll update the dependencies later. There is a new package for kdenetwork version 4.8.0-1 available which fixes the gpgme++ issue though.
