- What I was doing when the application crashed:
Editing a document with tables in both header and main frame,
undoing all changes.
I was not able to reproduce the crash, but undo/redo gets confused.

I was just playing around so maybe this is not exactly what I did but it should come close:

* Open a blank document
* Add header
* Add a table to header
* Add a table to main frame
* Add text to both tables
* Add some text to the top of the main frame so table is moved down
* Delete the text
* Undo everything

The result is that not all changes are undone, and that the header changes seems to be intermixed with the text changes in the main frame.

Undo also failes if skipping the header stuff, and just add a table + text in the main frame so maybe the problem lies here.

The crash does not seem to be reproducible.
