Version:           0.9.70 (using KDE 4.7.4) 
OS:                Linux

When cheing two directories with about 250000, KDIFF3 crashes some time. 
Happens quite often.
A debug-files is not supplied in the KUBUNTU-package, so meaningful backtraces ca not be supplied


Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
just start to check... wait for a long time...


Expected Results:  
KDIFF3 should just run stable in every case

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-16-generic
Compiler: gcc
