Currently there is a static list of available actions for screen edges.
Some actions are virtual desktops' specific, but as now the activities are the way to go, I think activities actions should be there too.

The most flexible would be to have possibility to add actions, so that everyone could use screen edges whatever one likes for.

For every edge there's a static list of actions

Reasonable default list with possibility to add/remove actions from the list
