I'm on it. Please provide a brief (one-two sentences) description for the 
forum itself. 
Also, please provide your forum.kde.org username so I can set moderation 
rights.

and could one of us (not sure if I'd have the enough rights for that) move the existing kdevelop threads to the new forum then?
