When I do "cd ..." in terminal I expect the View to follow the displayed folder of the terminal. Actually if we cd in terminal they can both be in different folders.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open terminal panel
2. In terminal, change directory with cd command

Actual Results:  
Terminal's active folder is changed.
View's active folder doesn't move.

Expected Results:  
Terminal's active folder is changed.
View's active folder is changed to the same folder.
