When running `kcmshell4 labguage" and selecting tab "Language", the default language English does not appears listed, so i cant run kde in english anymore.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Run `kcmshell4 labguage" and selecting tab "Language".

Actual Results:  
Defula tlanguage English does appear listed in tab  language from `kcmshell4 labguage`.

Expected Results:  
English should appear listed in tab language from `kcmshell4 labguage`.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.2-1.1-desktop

Does the same issue show when starting "kcmshell4 language" from a freshly created user account?

Cant' reproduce this. Since your KDE is installed through compiling sources manually, please check whether your installation is OK.

The Language settings were rewritten for 5.13. Please reopen if this continues to be a problem.
