The circled region is where it should be.

Version:           unspecified (using KDE 4.8.0) 
OS:                Linux

It is the 5th borough of New York City and does not appear in Marble.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Zoom in on NYC.

Actual Results:  
Empty space where SI should be.

Expected Results:  
Staten Island should be there...

I can confirm that Staten Island does show in Marble 4.14.2
