Description uran238 2012-02-19 16:07:25 UTC
Version: 1.90 (using KDE 4.8.0)
OS: Linux

The bar at the bottom, where previews of the token snapshots should be shown, only shows red rectangles. Tested with 2.0-alpha2 and gentoo git package from 18.02.2012.

Please keep in mind, that the gentoo ebuild had some missing dependencies, maybe this is another one. https://bugs.gentoo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=404517

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
start kamoso, take a picture if you haven't done yet.

Expected Results:
Previews of pictures should be shown

OS: Linux (i686) release 3.3.0-rc1
Compiler: i686-pc-linux-gnu-gcc

I have exactly the same problem. I'm using ATI radeon 9250 graphics card. Without desktop effects. I'm getting red rectangles instead of image previews.
.
I'm running Kubuntu 11.10 and Kamoso 2.0.2 build 1

Here is a line that is shown when I run the program form the command line.

kamoso: Symbol `_ZTVN4KIPI15ImageInfoSharedE' has different size in shared object, consider re-linking

Is this still reproducible with recent distros?

With gento's git-ebuild and commit e998c75b268d8105110bbafc0d25c1dee765c622 it's still the case.
