Description neo6238-kde 2012-02-18 13:29:03 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.8.0)
OS: Linux

openSUSE 12.1, KDE 4.8-Repos latest

Suspend-to-RAM and Suspend-to-Disk still work, if you activate it manually.

But the detection does not work. If I close the display now, it won't do anything. If I press the shutdown-button, the dialogue with Shutdown, Restart etc. does not show up.
And most critical. It does not Suspend-to-Disk when Battery is at 1%.

Settings are correctly set in this new interface, but something does not work in background.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Just press buttons etc.

Actual Results:
nothing

Expected Results:
whatever is set up in settings

I have restarted computer of course. Still does not work. Or may it be openSUSE-specific?

P.S.: The issue happening on critical battery level, even if not mentioned in the other bug, is actually there and would be fixed by the patch I mentioned in my last comment.
