Sometimes palapeli shows the hand cursor even though a click at the same place will not drag the piece, but starts the rubberband selection.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
Move your mouse near the edge of a piece. Make sure the hand cursor is shown. Now click on the piece and start dragging it around.


Expected Results:  
If the hand cursor is shown, a mouse down + mouse move should always drag a piece.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.2.0-16-generic

Seems to have been fixed. No longer a problem.
