Version: 2.5.0 (using KDE 4.7.4) OS: Linux Testing in 2.5, an odd usablity issue with the queue 'mode' arises, in previous version as well. When selecting "Only queue" play mode and dbl-clicking a track in playlist (nothing in queue), the track plays -- ok this is fine. But when track finishes, clicking on play button, the action hangs with play button depressed -- 'ahh, what's happening?'. Clicking play button again releases/ undepresses, with no action. The play button should either pop back and/or a warning "Queue Empty" (or could revert to "Standard" play-mode). This will/can confuse any user not thinking an empty queue is being selected as play source. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Add track(s) to playlist Select 'play-mode' to "Only queue" (note: nothing in queue) dbl-click track to play, wait till finish (skip to end..) click play button Actual Results: play button depressed with no action Expected Results: play current track, or no action with warning
Problem Persist in v2.6.0-421-gf66a306 (except it doesn't really hang)
Can reproduce this in v2.6.90-26-gbcdd84c
I added tracks in the playlist, queue mode was selected but nothing was in queue, played a song and after finishing the song, I pressed play button which remained depressed
Setting status to confirmed, add to ExtraMile.
Can reproduce this in v2.8.0
