Something that happen when selecting a part of the drawing, with a zoomed canvas. The user want in the middle of the region selection to pan the canvas. 

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Start a polygonal selection
2) During the path creation, press <space> bar to drag the canvas

Actual Results:  
You can't continue to draw the path, you remain blocked in pan mode. 

Expected Results:  
Pan canvas action stop, let the user finish his path

Workaround : Pan with middle mouse click. This affect only pan with <space> bar.
