Error 255 format CD-RW

Version:           1.91.0 (using KDE 4.4.5) 
OS:                Linux

ENG(is very bad)
I have 2 CD-RW, LiteOn and Ridata of 700 Mb (4X - 12X), try formatting it with K3B but failed. Then I login as super user and tried again without success.
In the first attempt K3B error is not allowed to mount the device.
Then run K3B as super user and get another error




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
ENG
Put the CD-RW in the device.
Click on Format in the toolbar or Tools / format / erase rewritable disc.
The dispocitivo starts and within seconds after failure

ESP
Poner el CD-RW en el dispositivo.
Clic sobre Formatear en la barra o Herramientas / formatear/borrar disco regrabable.
El dispocitivo se inicia y a los pocos segundos despues falla



Actual Results:  
Fail
Fallo

Expected Results:  
ENG
Prepare the rewritable disc to copy new material in it.
ESP
Preparar  el disco regrabable para poder copiar material nuevo en el mismo.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.32-38-generic
