Every occasional boot up, the desktop will have a scroll bar on the right of it. Whenever using the mouse wheel, instead of it changing virtual desktops like it normally would, the scroll bar will steal focus and prevent that from happening.

Whenever the scroll bar appears, no directories or files are shown. To get rid of it, I have to go to folder view settings, then change the layout to something else, hit apply, then change it back to folder view and hit apply again.
