Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.8.0) OS: Linux After KMail/Akonadi feteched a lot of emails, virtuoso-t (Nepomuk) started hogging the CPU. Quitting Akonadi stopped the CPU hogging but after restarting it (or the entire workspace session) CPU hogging began again. A highly inflated ~/.config/akonadi/agent_config_akonadi_nepomuk_feeder_changes.dat file (~170kb) caught my attention. Deleting it and restarting Akonadi solved the problem. Same here. For me it's also happen when I remove few or many e-mail's. Workaround is also help for some time.
No more .dat file with 4.11. The feeder has gone through a number of improvements.
