Maybe this is the same behaviour I am seeing on my ~amd64 gentoo linux system.

Recently kpat started to slow the conclusion of a card movement in the spider game. When I take a card and drop it at somewhere, it stays quiet for some seconds (maybe what the bug reporter called "freeze", as his screenshot shows exactly what happens during the freezing time) before being placed in its final position.

This behavior is new on my system. Is this normal behaviour now, or is there something wrong? It is really annoying having to wait a few seconds on each card movement.

I experienced something similar but after unchecking sound feature in setting the game resumed normal behaviour ; apparently this might be related to a getreamer verion.
