Referencing to sheets with special characters in their names

Version: 2.4-snapshots (using KDE 4.8.0)
OS: Linux

There are multiple issues in referencing to sheets with some special characters (tried dash and space) in their names.

1) The only way to get referencing to work seems to be to use apostrophes.

2) When I copied the cell having apostrophes in its reference (A3) onto another cell (A4), the apostrophes from the reference were lost (the value became "=Sheet-2!A2" instead of "='Sheet-2'!A2").

3) When I copied the cell referencing to sheet having space in its name (B3) to another cell (B4), apostrophes were lost, but the value of the cell B4 stayed the same as the source cell (although it should have not as the referred cell does not have anything, and referencing without apostrophes does not work anyway).

4) I closed the document, re-opened it and apostrophes of the reference in the cell (A3) referencing to cell having a dash in its name were gone.

5) I closed the document, re-opened it and space in the cell's reference without apostrophes (A4) was gone.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1) Put a dash or a space in the name of another sheet
2) Play around with referencing to that sheet

Actual Results:
Referencing only with apostrophes works, but apostrophes are lost after closing the document. Spaces are

Expected Results:
Referencing should work also with quotes. Apostrophes should not be lost, spaces should not be lost (even if the reference does not work).

I hope my assumptions don't conflict with any Open Document's specifications etc :)

Still valid.

Also another unexpected behaviour I noticed: right after renaming an active/selected tab, selection of the tab is not highlighted in the tab bar.
