Even if graph is not set to be displayed, when you click on Add or modify button for an account creation (or modifiation), Graph report windows appears and disappears.

Not annoying but should not appears due to configuration 

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Unselect Graph in account tab. and create a new account

Actual Results:  
Graph windows will appear

Expected Results:  
Graph window should not appear as it is unselected
