Current d.k.o. texlive 2009 package set misses soem language support packages that causes the wrong hyphenation in PDF.

For example, Germant Umbrello on docs-staging.kde.org (broken hyphenation)

generated in Mageia (with whole bunch of language packages) German Umbrello PDF:
