Description mal 2012-01-31 09:04:07 UTC
Version: 2.0 (using KDE 4.8.0)
OS: Linux

Dolphin give an 'access denied' message when trying to drag and drop between
nfs mounts.

Reproducible: Sometimes

Steps to Reproduce:
have home directory on an nfs3 share
have some other directories on another nfs3 shares
drag and drop file from home directory to other directory

Actual Results:
sometimes says access denied

Expected Results:
copy works

Doing the same drag and drop in Krusader works also using a terminal works.
Doesn't always fail on the same directories. There seems no apparent pattern

Thanks for the bug report! This might be related to bug 292821, which will be fixed in KDE 4.8.1, but I'm not sure.

Is this still reproducible in KDE 4.10 or later?
