Version:           4.7 (using KDE 4.7.2) 
OS:                Linux

The utility kconfig_compiler is incompatible with help2man.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
  1. { kconfig_compiler --version; }

Actual Results:  
  1. Unknown option: --version

Expected Results:  
  1. 
Qt: 4.7.4 
KDE: 4.7.2 (4.7.2) "release 5" 
kconfig_compiler: 0.0

I was told that kconfig_compiler manual page exists; I wonder why it is not built.
My build log has no trace of "make -f doc/kconf".

KF5 version works just fine:

$ /usr/lib64/libexec/kf5/kconfig_compiler_kf5 --version
kconfig_compiler 5.64.0
