Tell Konqueror to print the attached document.
Actual result: 1 page
Expected result: 2 pages
Note: KHTML supports this correctly.

I can reproduce this. Unfortunately, it needs to be reported upstream against QtWebKit. See http://trac.webkit.org/wiki/QtWebKitBugs for how. Once you do that, please provide the link to the QtWebkit bug report here for future reference.
