I think it would be nice for easy localization of new and important messages if a
particular background color for them could be selected for when displaying them
in the message list.


Reproducible: Didn't try



Expected Results:  
New and important messages displayed in the message list with a different color in the background --only in the message list--.

(I'm afraid I'm placing this here since it is where this system states to place wishes -- this is not a bug. Sorry if I did wrong)
