Description Peter Huyoff 2012-01-09 21:47:04 UTC
Version: 1.0 (using KDE 4.6.0)
OS: Linux

Saitek Saitek X52 Flight Control System (/dev/input/js0):

After calibrating the joystick, the first coolie-hat lost it's function. Both axis lost one of their two directions. In systemsettings the four switches are wrong mapped to axis 8 (both horizontal switches) and 9 (the vertical ones). The other coolie-hats are correctly mapped to the switches (16,17,18,19) and (20,21,22,23)

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
After starting calibration, all analog axis 1 - 6 are requested for calibrating. After this, the non-existing axis 7 - 10 are requested.

Actual Results:
Before calibrating it, the joystick works fine (includig the now misfunctioning coolie-hat No.1). After leaving the systemsettings, the coolie-hat are badly remapped to axis 8 and 9.

Expected Results:
After calibrating, the joystick ist expected to be calibrated. ;^)

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 2.6.37.6-0.9-desktop
Compiler: gcc
