Version:           2.5.0 (using KDE 4.7.4) 
OS:                Linux

You can click on "Help" and then "About digiKam" and "About KDE". KIPI Plugins should also figure there, so I can click "About KIPI Plugins" and see what version I'm using, along with a link to the changelog.

Reproducible: Always



Expected Results:  
"About KIPI Plugins" item in the "Help" menu.

look Help dialog button, there is an embedded menu.
