Sometimes when reading a PDF I like to rotate the display so that the physical monitor better matches the PDF page. However in System Settings I must change the Anti-alias setting from "RGB" to "Rotated RGB" manually after rotating the display. Please make the change automatically.

This would require some kind of pixel arrangement auto-detection, which would also make Bug 389598 possible.
