If auto-who is disabled, enabling it does nothing. After waiting several times the interval, no WHOs were automatically sent. If I send a manual /who for a single channel, Konversation starts sending WHOs for that one channel every <interval>, but not for the rest.

The only way to get the full automatic behavior to work again is to reconnect to the IRC server.
