I have another problem: maybe it's cause I have a little portable computer, but when I open krepices, if I try to click on a button, the page up and down, and I'm not able to click on the button. To be able to use krecipes, I need to right click on the icon of krecipes, choose maximize, and right click again to choose unmaximize, and after it, I can use krecipes normally. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: I tought that my problem to add property informations, it was cause I use the french version, but same if I switch to english version, I have the same problem. I tried it on another computer, always the same problem. I tried it again and again, I restarted my computer, always the same problem. In fact, I can go in the property information page, when I choose an ingredient, I can choose in the list, but my ingredients are not all on the list. So, I gone on the krecipes web site to be sure if I maked all right, and it's ok. When the ingredient is not on the list, I'm suppose to be able to add with the "+" button, choose a property and a unit, but when I click on the ok button, nothing happens. Actual Results: nothing happens Expected Results: adding a property information manually OS: Linux (i686) release 2.6.38-13-generic Compiler: cc
The USDA Nutritional Database is obviously one of the largest files on the Internet. Obviously Corporate logged nutrition labels are easier to enter and maintain by users as the user most likely has a product bias. If the person buys a product from a co-op or nutrition and fitness store that information would not be available via the USDA. It would help if users could add nutritional facts to food and ingredients both. This is especially useful for individuals with allergies and dietary needs. Such as myself. It also would be beneficial if you could add a food allergy field. I think these additions would make for an all around amazing database. An export function for recipe cards for community members to share on a wiki wouldn't be needed but appreciated. Thank you for the amazing job. This is one of my favorites and I am a Dbase Programmer in Access.
Various issues listed in the ticket, but the central one, unable to add property information to an ingredient, is a dup of 322164 (recently fixed). *** This bug has been marked as a duplicate of bug 322164 ***
