Plot Data dialog in pt_BR

Version: unspecified (using Devel)
OS: Linux

When you open the 'Plot Data' dialog with pt_BR translations, the 'Tipo de elemento' string ('Element type' in english) is cut-off and the user has to resize the dialog manually.

See screenshot.

Problems:

The dialog does not maintain the resize parameters after closing.
The larger size does not fit on netbook screen (800 x 600).

Sugestion:

Change layout dialog.

Advantages:

Fits in 800x600 screens ( 773 x 527 versus 684 x 527 ).
Don't need resize dialog (in most cases).

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:

PS: There are some fixes in the dialog:

X-Axis values - Data alignment (1).
Add shortcut and colon to “Element type” (2).

Another suggestion.

The "full range" button could be renamed to "all elements". I think it would be clearer.
