Version:           2.4.90 (2.5 beta) (using Devel) 
OS:                Linux

Since upgrading to 2.4.90, the context panel has been rather messed up.  As you can see in the attached snapshot, the Upcoming Events applet shows "No track is currently playing" even though one was.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
Start playing a song.  Look at the Upcoming Events applet.

Actual Results:  
"No track is currently playing"

Expected Results:  
Either some upcoming events, or a "please wait" or someting.

OS: Linux (x86_64) release 3.0.0-14-generic
