As you can see, I use a unique email everywhere and I just got spammed. So my email address got spidered here. Is there a way to prevent that? making emails not publicly available?

Please read the notes on the KDE Bugzilla registration page. It specifically notes that emails containing your address will be sent to public mailing lists.
