Recien abri un archivo recien descargado y uso el ark, me dice "abriendo el archivo", pero queda haci sin hacer nada, despues lo cierro y funciona bien, pero aveces pasa eso, el archivo no estaba dañado, ya que con otro archivador funciona bien y despues de unos intentos funciona

Could you please try to write your further responses in English (it's OK to use a tool to translate the text for you)?

It'd be good to know if this happens with only one archive and whether you can attach a sample archive here for me to reproduce the problem.
