the default config created for a new user uses old kde resources for things like address completion in kmail etc instead of new akonadi resources (which is the default resource in kaddressbook).

Thus, in order to get address completion in kmail working a couple of things are needed to setup for a new user:

system settings -> Personal Information -> kde resouces -> contacts -> and now work around bug 273949

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create new user
2. log in to kde


Expected Results:  
resources for a new user should already be akonadi based.

I believe it is fixed now.
