Version: unspecified (using Devel) OS: Linux When the Add Widgets dialogue is opened from the button on the Activities Manager, using the scrollwheel to scroll the widgets results in (useless) vertical scrolling instead of horizontal scrolling. Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: Open the Activities Manager. Unlock widgets, if they are locked. Open the Add Widgets dialogue using the button on the right-hand side of the Activities Manager. Try scrolling the widgets with the mouse scroll wheel. Actual Results: The widgets scroll vertically, then spring back when you stop scrolling. Expected Results: The widgets should scroll horizontally.
Additional info: This bug also occurred in Activities Manager itself. To reproduce: - Open activities manager - Try create new activity until the scrollbar displayed then try the scrolling

I'm currently using 4.8.3 and I just checked this still happens.

I can not confirm in 4.8.80 Scrolling has changed (only tilting works now) and I can not reproduce this.
