Have you tried starting PA2 with a clean ~/.kde directory?

Upgrade to 12.1 and change you repos to the ones listed on the wiki (community.kde.org/Plasma/Active/Installation), that should fix your issue(s). :)

I can confirm that bug. I upgraded from pa1 to 2 and i tryed a clean reinstallation.
