I opened System Settings and clicked on Network Settings.  It does this repeatedly - rebooting doesn't cure it.  Sometimes, going into and out of SSL settings without changing anything stops the crash.  Once it stops crashing, it won't crash again - so perhaps the bug is an uninitialized variable somewhere.

The crash can be reproduced every time.
