Description John 2011-12-12 21:31:34 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS: Linux

I am getting exactly the same problem as http://bugs.kde.org/192168 but that bug is quite old now so i figured it was probably worth opening a new bug rather than opening up such an old bug.

In summary i have multiple accounts using the same email address so in the right click menu in the system tray the accounts have the same name. At some point a long while in the past there were icons next to each entry which i could use to distinguish between the accounts with the same name. These are no longer there and haven't been for a while. I assumed it was down to a configuration issue but it is still a problem with a clean install.

The bug linked to above also has a screen shot of what i am talking about.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Start Kopete
2. Ensure there is at least 1 account
3. Right click on Kopete icon in system tray

Actual Results:
No icons beside each account. If there are multiple account with the same name then it is impossible to tell the difference between them unless you wait for the submenu to see what protocol it uses

Expected Results:
Icons beside each account
