When replying to an email using HTML, the quoted messaged looks bad

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Reply to an e-mail with HTML turned on 

Actual Results:  
The quoted message is totally broken: the heading is split into several lines, and the quote character ">" is not used

Expected Results:  
The message is properly quoted, like it is when using plain text.

The split heading is fixed in current master.

The non usage of the quote character is by design and will not be fixed.
However the documentation of that character should probably be improved.
