Description Kai Uwe Broulik 2011-12-06 11:03:08 UTC
Version: unspecified (using KDE 4.7.3)
OS: Linux

In Dragonplayer there is a menu entry in the Settings menu to hide the toolbar which removes the seeker and play button etc but there is no menu entry to hide the status bar which just shows the time played and the file name which I don’t need (adds another grey bar on the bottom of the screen…)

[If I am not mistaken Dragon Player 3 which will (hopefully) debut in 4.9 does no longer feature status and toolbar and focuses on just displaying the video. So for 3 this should not be valid :P]

Reproducible: Always

Expected Results:
Add a menu entry "Show Statusbar" to Dragonplayer’s Settings menu to easily make it hideable.
(Also add a toolbar button "Show Toolbar")

You can hide the status bar by adding the toolbar button "Show Statusbar" and using this but that’s not an elegant solution :)
Vice-versa, though, there is no "Show Toolbar" button available to add to the toolbar.
